- Candidates Must possess a College Degree in any field
- Should have at least 3 years working Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a BPO Company
- Outbound sales experience is a plus
- Strong people and Team management skills.
- Excellent communication Skills in both written and verbal English
- Must have a strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, word, excel, project and powerpoint
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Applicant must be willing to work in Makati
- 2 Full time position is Available
- Should be able to start immediately
- Amenable to shifting schedules


- Supervise the day- today operation of a team
- Effectively lead and manage a team of Reports Analyst and agents
- Handle customer complaint and be able to deescalate calls
- Improve the team’s performance through constant monitoring and coaching
- Attrition management
- Creating initiatives to improve team performance and productivity
- Communicate problems and challenges to the Operation Manager
- Ensure client and corporate service, quality & contribution, goals, financial, metrics and associates satisfaction goals are met within the site are met.
- Establish work procedures and processes that support the company procedures & strategic directives.
